Before Trent Rexing ever broke ground on a development, he spent years inside the deals that went wrong. As a shareholder at a prominent Texas litigation firm, he represented developers, operators, and property owners through their most complex disputes — and saw firsthand what separated projects that held together from those that didn't.

Rexing Development started with two spec projects in Dallas's most established neighborhoods — the Reagan Street Townhomes in Oak Lawn and the Cresthaven Estate in Bluffview, both delivered in 2019. That foundation led to Parkwood Oaks, a 72-unit townhome community in Bedford co-developed with Warren Properties and delivered in 2026 — a partnership built on the trust Trent had established through years of working alongside developers and operators as their counsel.
